I refer to the $15 million budgeted
for the implementation of the student management system across TAFE.
(1) How much has already been spent
on this project?
(2) How much is
forecast to be spent on the remainder of the initial rollout of this system
across TAFE?
(3) How much funding was allocated
to change management and training?
(4) How much of this funding has
been spent?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) There has been $10 959 067,
excluding ongoing licence costs, spent on this project.
(2) An amount of $4 040 933 is
forecast to be spent.
(3) It was
approximately $1 183 220 of the project budget. In addition, supplementary
funding of $2.185 million has been provided to TAFE colleges to support project
management, change management and training, outside of the project budget.
(4) Approximately $892 886 of the
project budget has been spent.
