In January 1999, the then Minister for the Environment released a report by Mike Codd in relation to the Forest Management Plans 1994-2003. In that report, it was stated that CALM had agreed to provide a report to the EPA within 12 months in relation to Ministerial Condition 2.2, specifically on changes in the balance of use of the various silvicultural prescriptions -
(1) Has this promised report been provided to the EPA?
(2) If so, will the Minister please table the report?
(3) If not, why not?
(4) If the report has not been provided to the EPA or to the Minister, will the Minister advise what steps have been taken to ensure that the report will be produced, and also when the completed report can be expected to be tabled?
