I refer to drug-driving offences and penalties, and I ask: (a) since the Department took over infringement processing, how many motorists in Western Australia (WA) were fined or penalised for driving with illicit drugs in their system? Please provide a breakdown by: (i) metropolitan region; (ii) regional WA; and (iii) drug type detected, where available; (b) of those caught drug-driving in the same period in (a), how many: (i) were first-time offenders; (ii) were repeat offenders; and (iii) also recorded alcohol above the legal limit at the time of the offence; and (c) what is the total value of fines issued for drug-driving offences for the period in (a)?
