(a) WA Sun Holdings Pty Ltd, which is fully owned by GE Energy Financial Services.
(b) Yes, there was a competitive process. There were two stages in the process with the entire process spanning over the period December 2009 - November 2010.
(c) Eight parties were involved in the first stage of the process and 3 parties in the second stage.
