(a) Director General in matters relating to the provision of education at the school or district level. (b) Discipline – matters dealt with under the disciplinary provisions of the Public Sector Management Act 1994. (c) Breach of Public Sector Standards – in relation to alleged breaches of the Public Sector Standards and referred to the Office of the Public Sector Standards Commissioner. (d) Statutory Compliance – matters of alleged discrimination raised with the Equal Opportunity Commissioner and managed centrally. (e) Substandard Performance – matters of alleged substandard performance of employees and dealt with under the provision of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
