South West Development Commission
(a) There are two music tracks used in the South West Development Commission's on-hold telephony systems. They are First Day Of Spring and Sea Breeze from the White Beetle CD.
(b) Telecommunications company M2 Technology provides the Commission's on-hold program with music sourced from its supplier who, in turn, pays the appropriate fees to their copyright bodies. There is no direct charge for this service to the Commission unless changes are made to the on-hold message.
