MINISTER FOR ENERGY - PROVISION OF INFORMATION TO PARLIAMENT
(1) Has the Minister for Energy, as a minister of the Crown, or has any accountable authority of a department, subdepartment, statutory authority or agency under the minister’s ministerial control, direction or responsibility, taken any action, or omitted to take any action, or entered into any contractual or other arrangement, that would prevent or inhibit the provision by the minister to the Parliament of any information concerning any conduct or operation of a department, subdepartment, statutory authority or agency? (2) Is the minister aware of any contractual or other arrangement that would prevent or prohibit the provision by the minister to the Parliament of any information concerning any conduct or operation of a department, subdepartment, statutory authority or agency?
