I refer to correspondence sent from the Minister to Brian Burke's associate Julian Grill (in response to a letter received on 4 April 2017), and ask: (a) When was this letter signed and sent to Mr Grill; (b) What date did the Premier advise the Minister not to have contact with Mr Grill; (c) Did the Minister submit a contact with lobbyists form associated with this contact: (i) If no, why not; and (d) Does the Minister consider this a breach of the Premier's instruction to have no contact?

(a) Please see Tabled Paper No. 344 tabled on 21 June 2017.
(b)-(d) As per the Premier’s direction no direct contact has or will be made with Mr Julian Grill. I have and will continue to adhere to the Ministerial Code of Conduct and the Public Sector Commission Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics regarding lobbyists.
