the State Government’s Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC), and ask: (a) When do Carat
Australia’s Media Services and Advantage Communications and Marketing current
contracts with the SBDC expire; and (b) When was the last time public tenders were called
for in relation to SBDC's marketing and advertising?

(a)        The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) does not have a contract with Carat Australia Media Services but, from time to time, procures from Carat Australia under the Department of Finance Common Use Agreement CUAMBBP2018 – Media Booking, Buying and Planning Services for Advertising.
The SBDC’s latest contract with Advantage Communications and Marketing was for market research services and expired on 17 July 2018.
(b)        The SBDC has not previously called for public tenders for marketing and advertising.
