My question is to the Minister for Finance representing the Minister for Transport. Hon Simon O’Brien : Here we go! Hon KEN TRAVERS : I hope I get as full and comprehensive an answer, minister. (1) Will the Wheatbelt tier 3 rail lines be up to proper safety standards for the 2011–12 grain harvest? (2) If yes to (1), was the state government premature in putting the tier 3 lines into care and maintenance for safety reasons? (3) What is included in the $3 million worth of works identified as necessary to get these railways up to proper safety standards?
