(b) The Local Government Reform Implementation Committee has had responsibility for implementing the recommendations of the former Local Government Reform Steering Committee, which reported to me in May 2010. 15 recommendations have been fully implemented, five are currently in progress and six were not progressed. A further nine non-priority legislative amendments are under consideration.
