GRANGE RESOURCES — TRANSPORTATION OF MINE SLURRY
I refer to the future transportation by Grange Resources Pty Ltd of mine slurry to the Albany port. (1) Has the minister or the Department of Transport entered into agreement with Grange Resources Pty Ltd for the purpose of conveying mine slurry via an easement within crown land to the port of Albany? (2) If no to (1), is such an agreement being considered? (3) If no to (2), how is the mine slurry being transported to the Albany port? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN
