FOREST PRODUCTS COMMISSION-WA BIOMASS PTY LTD - CONTRACTS
I refer to contracts between the Forest Products Commission and WA Biomass Pty Ltd. (1) Does the native forest timber referred to in clause 3(1)(a) refer in any way to native forest timber residue? (2) If yes, what are - (a) the native species that may be supplied under the contract; (b) the quantities estimated to be supplied for each species; and (c) the price agreed to for the supply of the native forest residue? (3) What is the price agreed to for the supply of plantation timber? Hon KIM CHANCE

I thank Hon Paul Llewellyn for providing some notice of the question. Although I have a very large number of answers to Hon Paul Llewellyn’s questions on notice, that does not seem to be one of them. If it comes in during the day, I will be happy to provide it, but I cannot find that particular answer; I am sorry.
