I refer to the Craigie Street Hostel at Laverton, and ask -
(a) is it correct that the Department is in the process of selling this facility;
(b) what is the sworn valuation amount for this facility;
(c) have you received representations from the community at Laverton as to possible uses for the facility;
(d) why is the facility to be sold;
(e) where will the Best Start program be conducted;
(f) has any needs analysis of the Laverton community been carried out; and
(g) what funds are spent on youth programs in Laverton?

(c) Yes.

(e) At a property to be provided by the Ministry of Housing if necessary.
