(1) Is the Minister aware of Mr Grill's assertion in evidence heard by the CCC that Mr Carpenter had already directed former Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Sheila McHale, to overrule the expected unfavourable decision of her own Aboriginal Advisory Committee (the ACMC) on the Abydos Woodstock site, a month before the ACMC had received heritage documentation for the site about which they were to deliberate?
(2) Can the Minister confirm whether or not this assertion is correct?
(3) Can the Minister produce relative cost estimates detailing how much it would have cost for FMG to build its railway line around the Abydos Woodstock site in question, rather than through the middle of it?
