(a) is any funding provided for the 2009 Festival to be held in October 2009; and
(b) has any funding been handed over to the private company organisers yet; and
(i) if so, what is the schedule of payments and trigger events for payments;
(ii) what acquittal procedures are in place; and
(iii) if any payments have been made, can the Minister please provide full acquittals?

(iii) As per Question (b) - a total of $250 000 has been paid to One Movement Pty Ltd in line with this schedule: Amount Milestones (a) $150 000 Upon the execution of this Agreement by both parties. (b) $50 000 On receipt of the 2009 Event Communications Plan, Event Budget, Marketing Plan, Risk Management Plan, and the mutually agreed Operations Plan. (d) $50 000 On receipt of a mutually agreed 2009 Event and conference program, featuring national and international music industry executives.
