Minister, rather than complain about members of staff who have got around the

that you would like to cut in the Department of Health, why don't you

As minister I have made numerous
efforts to improve the system of information and communications technology
management in the state. I do not employ staff within it. I do not have direct
control of people outside the boundaries of the requirements that have been put
in place.
