I refer to the inquiry into the City of Melville and ask, will the inquiry look into the conduct of all former Councillors for the period relating to the complaints: (a) if no to (1), why not; and (b) if yes to (1), does the Minister believe it was appropriate for the Member for Bicton to attend a press conference as a spokesperson on the inquiry, noting she is a former Councillor?
