2009-10 - $152,484.28 plus GST
2010-11 - $92,780.38 plus GST (this amount is lower than for the other financial years due to a seven-month rent free incentive negotiated with the landlord)
2011-12 - $359,457.57 plus GST (the increase from 2010/11 was due to a market rent review)
(2) 605.5 square metres
(3) $601.75 per square metre plus GST
(4) The lease was last negotiated in 2006 for a term of four years with one 4-year option. The 4-year option was exercised in 2010.
(5) The lease expires on 14 November 2014.
