(2) Is the minister aware of the existence of a report by Dover Consultants Pty Ltd entitled “A Background Paper for a State Heavy Industry Policy”, which was submitted to the then coalition Government in 1995, and that in 1996 the coalition Government indicated that it would expedite the development of a state heavy industry policy? (3) Has the current Government accepted or adopted any of the parts of the report by Dover Consultants, acting on behalf of all the State’s major development agencies; and, if so, which parts have been accepted?
