Prior to the introduction of an amending Bill into Parliament, as the Minister, I will consider the findings and recommendations of the report. It is currently intended that the public will also be invited to comment on a draft bill prior to the preparation of a final Bill. The Government intends to introduce an amending Bill into Parliament as soon as is possible after completion of all relevant consultation.
