Roads Western Australia technical note dated 2 July 2025 titled "Road
Access Planning for HMAS Stirling , Garden
Island" and to Main Roads's refusal to provide the briefing note from the Minister
for Transport to the Premier, as requested by my office under freedom of
information.
(1) Can the minister confirm, or
otherwise, its acceptance of Main Roads's recommendation to take option 3,
"Do-Nothing with Mitigation" approach?
(2) If yes,
has the Premier endorsed this recommendation?
(3) Has the
technical memorandum, briefing note and letter been shared with the Department
of Defence?
(4) If yes to (4), has the Department of
Defence endorsed this recommendation?
