(1) What is the total cost of the restructure of the Department of Local Government and Regional Development? (2) What is the value of the total package for the director general, Mr Paul Rosair, and what is his employment status? (3) What process was followed that led to Mr Paul Rosair’s appointment to the position of Director General of the Department of Regional Development and Lands? (4) Was Mr Rosair invited to apply for the position by the minister or anybody else in the National Party? (5) Was the Commissioner for Public Sector Standards, Ruth Shean, involved in the selection process?
