I refer to Harvey House, the home of the Western Australian Medical Museum in Subiaco, and ask: (a) is the site currently owned by the Health Department; (b) if yes to (a), is the Health Department responsible for building maintenance, and if yes: (i) how much was spent on maintenance over the 2016/17 and 2017/18 financial years; (ii) has a conservation plan for the building been completed; (iii) are there any plans for major restoration/maintenance works; and (iv) if yes to (iii), what is being considered, what is the time-frame and what is the estimated cost for these works; and (c) if no to (a), is the property owner known and are you aware if they are also responsible for the building maintenance?
