(1-3) BHP Billiton (Mr Ian Fletcher) advised the Office of the Premier and the Minister for Mines and Petroleum on Tuesday 25 November 2008 at 4.38pm, the same date as the announcement on the stock exchange.
(4) No Ministers have shareholdings in BHP.
