I refer to the Minister’s announcement in October last year regarding a review into public housing stock in “high-end suburbs” of Perth and ask:
(1) As at 30 April 2009, how many houses in “high-end suburbs” are currently listed for sale?
(2) What is the street address and suburb of those homes listed for sale?
(3) Who is the real estate agent or agency selling the property?
(4) Since 3 October 2008, how many Homeswest houses in ‘high-end” suburbs have been sold?
(5) What was the value of each of the properties sold?
(6) Who was the real estate agent or agency that sold the property?
(7) What was the suburb of each of the properties sold?
