According to Mr Enno Schijf, Catering Manager at Parliament House there was no function catered for on the evening of Thursday 21 st October, 2004. This was also confirmed by Mr Andrew Gardos, Acting Catering Manager who was on duty on Thursday 21 st October, 2004. The booking sheet for the Aboriginal People's Room indicates that on Thursday 21st October 2004, a booking was made from 4:00pm to 5:00pm for a meeting with Minister Brown. Should a function be held outside the Aboriginal People's Room (referred to as the gallery) and no catering has been ordered, no formal booking is required.
