The following statistics apply to log removals from thinning operations conducted during 2014 in areas of regrowth karri regenerated since 1967. Harvesting operations conducted in the older regrowth stands (regenerated prior to 1967) may contain a mixture of thinning and other objectives for which log removals are not recorded separately.
(a) (i) 39 776 cubic metres
(ii) 259 cubic metres of marri
(b) (i) Nil
(ii) 3 651 cubic metres of third grade sawlogs and karri laminated veneer logs
(iii) 36 125 cubic metres
(iv-v) Nil
(vi) 259 cubic metres
(c) (i - ii) Nil
(iii) 38 400 cubic metres
