I refer to the land bounded by Vale Road, Adelaide Street and Abernethy Road in Hazelmere. (1) Is the minister aware of any plans to develop this land? (2) If yes to (1) — (a) have any applications to develop this land been made; (b) who has made these applications; and (c) what is the nature of the applications? Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY
