I refer to the $10 million redevelopment of the Broome Chinatown announced in the media statement entitled Royalties for Regions continues to drive regional growth on 8 August 2013, and ask: (a) can the Minister please outline how the $10 million is expected to be spent; (b) what consultations have occurred with the Shire of Broome Council; (c) if no consultations have occurred with the Shire of Broome, why not; (d) which stakeholders have been consulted with; (e) if no stakeholders have been consulted with, why not; and (f) what is the expected timeframe for the project?
