I refer to the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 budget papers and additional commitments given by the Government since its election to office in respect of the Recurrent and Capital Works programs for your portfolio areas and ask -
Will you provide a schedule setting out any deferment or cancellation of -
(a) recurrent expenditure programs; and
(b) capital works programs,
