I refer to the negotiations currently under way between the State Government and the native title claimant groups on the Burrup Peninsula, and ask - (1) How many affidavits has the department or its representatives lodged with the National Native Title Tribunal since these negotiations began? (2) Will the minister table these affidavits? Hon KEN TRAVERS
