I refer to reserve 24574 in Kalgoorlie and ask - (1) When, on 13 December 1990, mining lease No 26/261 was granted to Dallhold Investments Pty Ltd and others, did the lease adversely affect the interests of Aboriginal people living on the reserve? (2) Was any agreement affecting the rights of Aboriginal people on that reserve entered into by the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority, the Aboriginal Lands Trust and Dallhold Investments Pty Ltd and others? (3) What was the nature of the agreement? (4) Is the agreement still binding upon the Aboriginal Lands Trust, the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority, and the current mining leaseholders?
