(2) How many police resigned in total for 2024?

minister representing.
Was the question in
relation to resignations rather than retirement?
Hon Peter Collier: Yes.
I provide the
following answer on behalf of the Minister for Police.
(1) It was 20 in November 2024 and 26 in December
2024, and it was 36 in January 2025, 28 in February 2025 and 18 in March 2025.
(2) It was 327.
(3) As of 9 April 2025, it is 7,360. As of 1 April
2025, over 528 police officers have commenced during 2024–25.
