The Inquiry into the Performance of the Department of Justice with regard to the Management of Offenders in Custody and in the Community commenced in early April 2005. A web site - I will not read out the address now - has been developed. The transcript of the first public sittings invites submissions by the public. (1) Is this web site accessible from - (a) the Premier’s web site; (b) the Minister for Justice’s web site; (c) the Department of Justice’s web site; or (d) any other relevant web site of a Western Australian government agency? (2) If no to (1), when will the web site become linked? (3) If yes to (1), when were these links established? (4) How will the community be informed about the opportunity to make submissions to the inquiry? Hon KIM CHANCE
