In relation to the Greenough Regional Prison (GRP) riot and subsequent escape, I ask: (a) At what date and time was Commissioner Hassall first made aware of the incident: (i) Who notified the Commissioner and by what form (email, phone etc.); (ii) What actions were taken by the Commissioner after first being made aware of the incident; and (iii) Did the Commissioner inform any other individuals and if so, who and by what form; (b) At what date and time was Commissioner Hassall provided with his first "face to face" briefing on the incident: (i) What date, time and location did this briefing take, who was it presented by and who was present in the briefing (job titles only); and (ii) Were any subsequent briefings held, if so, on what date, time, location and who by; (c) When (date/time) did Commissioner Hassall first visit GRP after the incident and for how long; and (d) How many nights did Commissioner Hassall stay up at Geraldton to deal with this incident: (i) If any nights, what accommodation was booked, for how many people and at what total cost?
