(1) Is the minister aware that local government approval is required to install simple grey water diversion and recycling equipment? (2) When and how will the government introduce streamlined processes to encourage the uptake and installation of grey water recycling systems - (a) by households; and (b) by commercial users? (3) When will the government make it mandatory for an approved grey water diversion system to be fixed to new housing? (4) If never, why not?
