, and ask -
(1) Will the Minister list the names of all Chief Executive Officers, their relevant organisation and the dates that their contracts are due to expire, pursuant to the
Public Sector Management Act 1994
?
(2) Will the Minister also list the names of other statutory office holders that are not appointed pursuant to the Act, such as the Commissioner for Police and the Director of Public Prosecutions, and the dates that their contracts are due to expire?
(3) Will the Minister detail the annual remuneration provided to each Chief Executive Officer listed?

(2) Statutory office holders that are deemed chief executive officers for the purposes of the Act are listed in the attached document. (3) The remuneration of each chief executive officer includes salary, superannuation and the value of a motor vehicle. This varies with each individual. The salary of each chief executive officer is provided in the attached document.
