(a)(i)-(iii)  Approximately 210 new properties will be delivered in the Perth metropolitan area and a further 90 in regional Western Australia. Specific locations, dwelling typologies and construction timeframes will be confirmed over the coming months as program planning and scheduling is finalised. Construction is expected to start in 2021 with dwellings completed by 2022.
(iv)           The $125 million covers the design, construction and land acquisition required to deliver these new public housing dwellings.
(b)(i)-(ii)   Similar to the construction of the new properties, the locations and levels of maintenance required for the refurbishment component of the Package are currently being determined.
(iii)-(iv)     Refurbishment work is expected to commence in 2021 and be completed by 2022.
(v)            The $6 million has been allocated to refurbishment work to extend the lifespan of these existing 70 properties in the Department of Communities’ asset portfolio.
