(a) - (g) The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises that the survey involved referring Question on Notice 294 to those Department of the Premier and Cabinet staff who had been authorised to access social media for official purposes.
All staff authorised to access social media for official purposes advised that they had not accessed the named twitter accounts. Two staff members who have been and continue to be on extended leave also advised this when followed up by telephone.
(h) I have no information that would suggest that any staff authorised to access social media for official purposes has accessed, operated or posted tweets to any of the accounts mentioned in question on notice No. 294 using Government resources. I am therefore confident that the Department's Code of Conduct, Social Media Resource and ICT Acceptable Use Policy have been complied with.
