I refer to Tender Common User Agreement 22008 – Provision of Temporary Personnel Services for Whole of Government , and I ask: (a) is the final expiry date for this contract still 8 November 2014 and if not, what is the expiry date; (b) for each of the 13 companies listed, how many personnel were supplied to Government agencies in the years: (i) 2009; (ii) 2010; (iii) 2011; (iv) 2012; and (v) 2013 to date; (c) for each of the 13 companies listed, how much was paid by Government in the years: (i) 2009; (ii) 2010; (iii) 2011; (iv) 2012; and (v) 2013 to date; (d) which Government agencies were the personnel supplied to and for each of those agencies, how many personnel were supplied in each of the years specified in (b); and (e) since the contract start date of 9 November 2009, how much in total has been paid?
