Local development plan—Cromer Way, North Beach
1163. Hon Simon Ehrenfeld to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Housing and Works:
I refer to the
vacant lot located at Cromer Way in North Beach that is owned by the Department
of Communities.
(1) Will a local development plan be produced for
the development of this site, as requested by the City of Stirling?
(2) If yes to (1), when will it be finalised and
will it be publicly available?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
(4) Is it the policy or the convention of the
department that developments like the proposed North Beach redevelopment should
comply with local development plans if requested by the relevant local
government authority?
