The Employment Protection division of the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection (DOCEP) advises:
(a) - (b) WorkSafe does not have data for injuries or deaths in passenger four wheel drive government fleet vehicles this information is collected by the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, under the jurisdiction of the Minister for Government Enterprises. I understand this question has already been referred to the relevant Minister.
