The salary levels referred to are for Health Service Managers/Directors of Nursing. The majority of Senior Nurse positions are currently being reviewed to ascertain if the work value has changed. The Merredin position has been initially rated as a level three on the new scale, which equates approximately to a level 5.3 under the award.
