ATTORNEY GENERAL —
LEGISLATIVE AGENDA
687. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the Leader of the House
representing the Attorney General:
I refer to the Attorney General's
response to my questions without notice on 13 June and 25 June about several
projects and other matters within his portfolio.
(1) In respect of
each of the items of legislation he identified, when was approval from cabinet
to draft sought and granted and, where applicable, when was approval to print
sought and granted?
(2) In respect of
those matters for which no legislative changes are required, when were
instructions to initiate those projects issued, and to whom; and when were
final reports or evaluations upon which he made decisions received by him?
