The process of being a regional minister is, in my view, to advocate on behalf of those regions their views to government.  I have undertaken to advocate within government those views of the regions.  The Government’s view is that the appropriate response to these questions has been delivered in our pre-election commitment, which will hopefully soon be a budgetary commitment.
