I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) In accord with government policy, the East Greenwood Primary School site and the portion to be deemed surplus at the Allenswood Primary School site will be lodged with the property asset cleaning house, which is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance. (2)-(3) The nature of any future development of the land will not become known until the new owner-developer submits an application for the rezoning of the land. (4) The two schools will amalgamate on the East Greenwood Primary School site at the beginning of the 2008 school year. It is anticipated that the sale of the land mentioned above will occur in the first half of 2010.
