AnswerView source ↗

As I outlined to the house, and I generally
try not to do this, I was away. I do not know anything about what the Leader of
the Opposition is referring to.
Several members interjected.
The SPEAKER : Members!
Mr M. McGOWAN : Although I tried
to make myself aware of events that transpired whilst I was in Shanghai,
unfortunately I am not aware of these events.
Mr A. Krsticevic interjected.
The SPEAKER : Member for
Carine!
Mr M. McGOWAN : I heard the
Minister for Energy interjecting that there was no decision made, so I assume
on the basis of the interjections of the Minister for Energy that this question
has a false premise.
Several members interjected.
The SPEAKER : Members!
Dr M.D. Nahan interjected.
The SPEAKER : Leader of the
Opposition!
