(a) the expected revenue raised in:
(i) 2010–2011;
(ii) 2011–2012;
(iii) 2012–2013; and
(iv) 2013–2014; and
(b) the revenue expected to be raised solely as a result of the increase to the fee or charge in:
(i) 2010–2011;
