Dion Barber—Compensation payment
834. Hon Nick Goiran to
the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I refer to the
Premier's constructive refusal to answer my question without notice on 14 October
2025 about whether the Premier will ensure that all of Mr Barber's appeal costs
are covered. I now re-ask that question and respectfully request that the
Premier now answer without further delay and not further exacerbate what has
already seen the less than satisfactory management of this matter by the government.
(1) Will the Premier ensure that all of Mr Barber's
appeal costs are covered?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
